Individual Development Plan Workshop - Norfolk State University
Today we had a wonderful workshop covering the components and necessity of creating an individual development plan. The workshop was co-facilitated
by Monique Farrell and Vanessa Peters. The 11 students in attendance ranged from first semester PhD candidates to students graduating within a few months. Students participated in group discussion and self assessment worksheets.
